I'll post my trip yesterday but not that bad fishing considering the wind. Tried out my new Caddis pro 2000 float tube yesterday just to see if it is better than the current one I have and boy the difference is unreal. The new one rides me up higher in the water the side storage and back rest are well away from arms and elbows so casting was a breeze compared to old model with high back which interfered with casting. The Caddis despite consumer ratings was just fine except the holes do not line up to well with nob for filling up, hey what do you expect made in China, man Caddis needs to get with the sewing pattern section to get that resolved cause kinda is a pain but I can live with it. So after catching a few and assuring myself this tube will work I called it a day to walk dogs, then ran into Stephen Turner man quite a guy we swapped stories. Anyway the whole purpose of this report is to say if anyone wants a free U shaped Float Tube with a few pin holes you are welcome to it.
