Smallmouth bass fishing on Banks Lake is now red hot. Took 3 clients for smallmouth on Banks on Sunday, June 8th. The smallmouth are now on shallow gravel flats with some on their beds. It was a 40+ smallmouth day on Banks with most fish in the 2-3 1/2 pound range. Most of our smallmouth came on Zoom lizards while a few others came on the Optimum Baits Baby Line Thru Swimbait.

Today we targeted areas around Barker Flats and Poplar Point. The smallmouth fishing is also red hot on the south end of Banks as well however

The smallmouth fishing on Banks will continue strong all through the summer, as will the walleye. Be sure to give me a call to book a trip.
