I got on the water about 7am. I was trolling and didn’t get a bite until I switched gear to the Wannafish A Lure Orange & Gold with Dick Nite Dodgers of Chrome Clown Scale UV and Copper Hot Orange Tractor Tread UV. I found the fish at 28-34 feet down in 60-82 feet of water east end of the lake. I got my limit from about 7:45 to 8:30 I think. I used garlic corn and green label red eggs for bait. I had 6 bites with 5 fish in the boat. They measured from 8 to a bit over 12 inches.

hi toni. good going! what bizarre dodger colors. lol. i had been doing well, with the gold DD. but, i went to my seps hammerd nickel, with added prism tape. and pink wedding ring. i got a couple small ones too. i think they are next years fish. i am running a bunch thru the smoker, for two pans, and then into jars! one layer of half pints. one layer of pints. total of 10.5 pints. hope they work out. kept a few fresh, for dinner tonight. will resume pursueing them very soon. good report. wouldent it be nice, for americans to be as aggressive? i used to do that in the afternoon, there, and put a hurt on em. i havent seen your new boat. what is it? can u post pic? hope you are enjoying it.
