My daughter and I got a late start and finally launched out at 11. Water monkeys were just starting to come out to play, but the wind picked up and they all disappeared. We trolled wedding rings behind Macks Flash Lites with 25-45ft of wire out. We had a blast even though it was windy and rough. We had multiple doubles and ended up limiting by 2. Best depth seemed to be right at 35ft and trolling against the nasty waves. Good luck out there.

Those fish look to be larger this year, what was the range in size? Long leaders?

No prob jonb. Nice to meet another wa laker. The waves were nasty werent they? Worst than out in the sound. Strange thing is we caught 90 percent of the fish going against them.

What a difference a day made. I was out Sunday and picked up 2 kokes and 3 Cutts that looked like snakes. I used every color I had and ran and different speeds and depths and just picked up the stray. I was in the black/red Crestliner.
