Tried Lake Washington this morning out of Kirkland before work. Ran into a few large schools that appeared to be heading North and tight lipped. No action on the plug. I'm wondering if other methods were working this morning but only saw a few caught. Had to quite at 8:00 AM.

Thanks for the report, I did see a few guys using hearing out there last weekend.

We went this morning.... landed one and lost one... went through the entire tackle box..... cut-plug, wiggle hoochie, wiggle wart.... and then winner was dodger and neon green mini squid.

Years ago, I had success jigging for Lake WA silvers with a Crippled Herring jig or a PT. Wilson Dart jig. Most reports show trolling; have any of you tried the jigging method?

There where a few boats jigging. These silvers are always on the move, once you find them you need to stay with them, I find this easier to do while trolling. Once we marked fish we would turn around and got back on top of them (if no one was in the way)... Early in the morning they would bite..
