I have recently been visiting chain lake for about a month checking water conditions to do some flyfishing. I went there about a month ago and the lake was really really low for this time of year, but I just figured that it was because of the winter heat wave!. I went down today and even after all the rain it was still really low, all the logs were exposed and you could see that the water receded 5-8feet or more from its normal state. Is it because of the massive housing project that has recently being put in has diverted water or ruined its water supply???? or is it do to not enough rain. I hope that the lake doesn't get and worse. Maybe it normal??? any suggestion or comments are welcome
