The usual trio headed to Sprague again with optimism despite the weather forecast. The wind was present on our arrival and with the temp 28 it was brisk on the water. We offered perch Kekeda flies, rippin minnows and floating rapallas. The fish today had no preference. The first fish was landed before we had all our lines out and stayed consistent all morning. Water temp 46 and speed 2.0-2.5 MPH. We boated 17 fish with only 2 dinks with the rest 18+ inches. We had 2 big hits with the fish peeling line before breaking the line. We probably had another 10 bites with no hookups. The action certainly helped keep us warm today. Saw only 1 other boat braving the elements today. As usual, another great day on the water with friends.

Great job, way to tough it out on a very bluster day to say the least. You did way, way better than we did down at Keller.

Part-Time, Sorry Keller was not so good today. It was our second choice for today. The old go with your gut worked out for us today. Jim
