4/12/2017 12:06:00 AMThanks for the report and footage Lingking. Wow the UV is putting off some serious glow in the pictures. What size hooks are you using? We have upped to #1 & #2's on Roosevelt. Gami octopus and Owner Super Needle Point 5115-093 have worked well. Alan

4/12/2017 6:37:00 AMLove the video. Have you tried tweeking your dodger\lengthenging your leader a bit to get less movement on your bait at the speed your trolling? That's a lot of movement you have on your gear.
Also, have you actually seen cuts in your guides on the Eagle Claw rod? I've been using braid my Eagle Claw rod and the hardened steel inserts show no signs of wear. I think there is a general misconception regarding braid and what effects it has on guides. Most braids are actually less abusive on guides than mono, they are super slick, add a little water and friction through the guides is just about none existant.
