Got to the fishing grounds at 9:00 am and started trolling. Hooked our first tuna about a half hour later. Had 5 fish, 10-25lb by 1:30pm, pretty slow start. Then, around 1:30 or 2:00pm, the bite was on! 30 more fish were boated and packed in ice in our last 3hrs. Talk about a workout, numerous doubles and at least a couple triples. Fish would hit one pole, captain would slow up a bit, and wham, another pole goes down! While playing those two fish, we would toss a lure in and, a few times, have another one just hammer it. So its four guys, three fish on, lines crossing, trading spots on the rail, go over me, go under, look out HOT RAIL, stay out of the motors! Just plain awesome fishing!! Makes me wish I'd bought a bigger boat.
