5/25/2013 1:35:00 PMCheck for wormy parasites like "The Quadfather" said. Also you might want to avoid the ones with the black tumors on them. It seems like a large amount of them have the tumors. Those are what I catch for bait to catch lingcod.

5/26/2013 9:25:00 AMI did check.for parasites 100% clean :), my filet technique was Honed by, icefishing for perch back home (upstate new York) perch fillets are a local favorite, I used to catch/clean dozens out on the ice while waiting for flags on our tippups... practice makes perfect.

5/28/2013 7:37:00 PMI do alot of Flounder fishing just at the tip of Vashon Island on the west side, and I must say that I have caught some nice size fish there. I use frozen squid for bait and also Bucktail jigs.
