My uncle came up from federal way to try for some pinks at humpy hollow. As we were putting gas he noticed he left the boat keys at home. Luckily we were able to star it without the key. Finally on the water at 1000am yes super late start but the fish didn't seem to care. I used the same setup for sockeye fishing. Chrome dodger, jr ace hi fly in pink with 14" leader with size 2 hooks really close together. Most fished were hooked on both hooks but the ones we lost you could tell there were barely hooked by the trailing hook.. We hooked up 9 loosing three and bringing home 6. We both landed 3 each. Meat was surprisingly dark red almost resembling sockeye. Should be great on the smoker!
