8/24/2016 3:38:00 PMLast time eight times I went to the green can last year, it wasn't there. They told me they pulled it, so had to use fish finder to find hole. Did they put it back? Or is this a copy of an old report. I am confused???? OH and I went to a WDFW meeting last night, on the license changes.. They told me those fees are not etched in concrete. And from the responses they have recieved, which has been 100% no go, that they said you probably wont see those fees on the punch cards. Lets hope they are right.. It has to go to the governer when they get the final draft and who knows what he will do?
