Launched at the north end about 12:30, went down the west side for perch. Caught 5 or 6 in the first half-mile or so, stopping whenever the fishfinder went off. Tried several spots 15-35 feet deep without any luck, so went down to Matthews Beach. One fish in about 45 minutes so started back up the west side. Anchored where we had caught a couple jumbos earlier, and pulled in about 30 more fish in about an hour (9-11 inch fish in 30+ feet of water, right on the bottom). 4 fishing, 2 12-year olds and 2 dads, using nightcrawlers on #6 split shot rigs. Gotta try it again, and hopefully find one of the jumbo schools.
