11/2/2009 11:06:00 AMAnytime man.. Couldn't see good ice going to waste when you had those fat hogs sittin there. Using cannon balls vs. tubed lead is a completely different drift to me. I think I'll be switching to balls from here on out..... and a 10 foot rod with 15lb test maybe :) I don't like the sound of line breaking, made me think it was my rod.

11/2/2009 11:46:00 AMI did the switch about 3 weeks ago from pencil lead to cannonballs. Made a huge difference and easier too. Yeah, it's always a blast getting a bunch of members on a river. I don't know about the rest of you guys that fished yesterday, but I am sore ):
