Went out to Pine Lake for a morning of very fast fishing. Lots of fish, but all very small in the 7 - 9 in range. We launched at 9 AM and were back by 11:30 AM. The trout were gobbling up rainbow power bait on 4'-6' leaders. The City of Sammamish, which runs the park, does not allow trailered boats to be launched and the use of gasoline engines is prohibited on the lake. This makes it very peaceful, so everyday out there is a quiet day on the water. Whether you fish on the dock, or take a boat out, everybody is very friendly. It is a very relaxed atmosphere so that makes it a fun place to fish.
