10/1/2013 8:24:00 PMRead the regs again, bait is legal up to 277th Bridge. This was caught on the lower river, and there was never any bait restriction on this section of the river.

10/3/2013 12:21:00 PMOk, I just want to clarify. We are talking about two different areas here. Downstream from 405 is considered the Duwamish and upstream is considered the Green. The Duwi had no bait restrictions but above 405 (Green River) did have restrictions until October 1st. So... I think what happened is that c_saeteurn was fishing the Duwi section and put the report in the Green section. No reg violations, unless he was indeed fishing upstream of 405.

10/4/2013 8:36:00 AMI agree, it is the same area and system with different names. When you say "Green" though, it implies that you were upstream of 405 and that's why Chumbum claimed a reg violation. Regardless, nice fish and keep up the good work.
