It pains me to say this but my "coho mojo" is done gone and left the building. I went fishing with my friend Robbie today. We launched at daybreak and worked our way up river from Cady. The river was running a bit high and off color from last nights rain. Stopped at various locations, going as far as the rock cliffs. Used it all - spinners, spoons, eggs, plugs, everything except jigs. Nada, nothing going on. Only saw two fish roll all morning. No one else reported fish either, including a guide boat we past. Saw one person catch a chum, but not sure if it was even legally hooked (fish was released).

Maybe it will be better in a day or so as the water clears up, but IDK, that's two river skunk trips for me this year, ouch!

Saw you on the river and said "Hi." Same story for us...NADA. Saw one fellow hook up where we chatted with you. Fish gave him a good battle, but ran under his boat and cut the line. Guy said he was using a "mid sized herring bone plug." Watched about 6 other boats, but saw no fish hooked. We saw 2 jumpers for the 6 hours we were on the river including our run from Marysville.

nice meeting you, thanks for the shout out. Tough year for me with the coho.

I went out yesterday too, but felt stupid posting yet another report saying "I went home empty-handed".

The ones I saw caught all week were dime-bright, so I still think they're coming in late.

I got one trolling plugs on the Snohomish yesterday afternoon just up from Cady park a short ways. It was pretty slow after that but I did see a couple other boats catch fish. They are in there and still coming. Just not in big schools. Try trolling around 2.5-3mph (even upstream against current).
