Hit the Skagit early morning, up near Lyman/Hamilton hoping for some silvers but it seems like it's still too early. Absolutely no silvers. Lots of tapped-out, tired pinks. Drove down toward and tried the sandbank at Mt. Vernon. Nothing. Glass flat river, not a rise to be seen. Surrendered around 2pm.

tl;dr - feels like the end of the pinks but not yet the start of the silvers

Up by lyman it was lower than it has been the past couple weeks up there. Visibility in the river was ok, not any worse than I've seen it before, maybe even clearer than past couple times there. Mt. Vernon area was typical pea soup cloudy.
