Report #16:

Fished 6:45-8:45 again this morning, going 1/1 on the spinner, landing this nice size hen. Also had a few followers, including one which came up behind the spinner with its mouth wide open just as I was pulling it out of the water to make another cast ;( Had I left it in the water for a second longer, I think I would have given this outing a 3+ rating. Nevertheless, it seems that fishing is slowly picking up and the fish I've been catching lately have been getting bigger and bigger. Will surely be out there tomorrow morning. I have a feeling that it just might be a good morning of fishing ;)

Oh and the 19 inch "jack" I caught yesterday turned out to be a hen. So though legally it was a Jack, it was actually the smallest adult coho I think I’ve ever caught. I thought that was interesting, as it seems that both pinks and silvers this year have been on the small side... at least for now.

Yeah, I was on the mud bar north of the bridge. It’s getting lonely out there: / lol
