After reading AaronE's report I decided to go out and get a cheapo 1 dollar buzz bait and boy was I happy. His report gave me an excuse to buy a digital scale and it got a lot of work today. I landed a 1.3lber on my 3rd cast. and ventured to the other side of the lake then saw some structure and ended up getting smashed on the drop. Landed him and weighed him at 5.5lbs. It put up a good fight diving into grass and into the fallen tree but thank god for 10lb braid. After that I just fished the far side that I hardly ever fished and landed a few more 1lber and then came back around the near side and landed 2 2lbers and an 11ozer. All in all good day fishing.
