So offiicially I was on the Spokane River arm, between Porcupine Bay and Fort Spokane - but it's pretty much the same as the rest of the lake.
I went with a goal, I wanted to catch 50 fish in one day - regardless of size and type. The smallmouth started biting well for us (my buddy and I) at about 9:30.
When we left at 5, I had caught 61 smallmouth, 1 walleye, and 1 perch. My buddy caught exactly 50 smallies. There were a few moderate sized smallies mixed in, a couple 14"s and a few 12"s but the vast majority were dinks.
113 fish on the day, not too shabby I'd say
