Went in at 7-bays at daylight and went directly to sandpoil area with my good friend. We started fishing about 8:30 in the morning and fished till about 11:00. We had seven fish to the boat and landed five. First was a nice 20" rainbow then two 20" silvers then lost a nice rainbow at the boat then lost another silver then caught two more silvers not quite as big. Bite seemed to be over by eleven. Fishin was pretty good. Got to do the work thing. Fish on.

Nice report and pictures! Really glad to hear fishing has picked up some. Seems it's either feast or famine lately.

Coho? Aren't Lake Roosevelt silvers just really big kokanee (landlocked sockeye)?

How deep where you fishing to catch the Koho? Downriggers or Leaded line? What type of flasher, rig, lure and bait? I am going up there this friday to saturday and it will be my first time fishing that part of roosevelt so any advise would be appreciated. Thanks.
