But wow, whitefish fishing has exposed some serious deficiencies in my fishing skills. :)

11/23/2012 7:16:00 PMDetecting your bite if paramount I prefer slinkies but they can be spendy. Lots of guys on the uper yakima use speco cable it works great. If you use pencil lead putting some tubing on the botton of the weight helps allot. And using just enough to barely touch the botton helps allot. Dont give up we use to drift between the power lines in our boat and catch limits all the time.
