We launched at Spring Canyon around 0900. We started trolling immediately, heading across to the north side and up toward Swawilla Basin. The three of us have 2-pole endorsements, so we were gearing up for six lines. Before we could get all our lines out, we had a nice rainbow in the boat, soon followed by another. We were flat-lining off planer boards and also pulling 1 to 4 colors of leaded line, using Rapalas, #7 and #9, in various colors. Also had a big hookup on a Kekeda fly, perch pattern, on leaded line -- it snapped my 8# leader. As the day progressed we stayed in the Swawilla Basin, picking up rainbows as well as 4 nice Kokanee. Nearly all fish were caught on the north side of the basin in water from 15 to 100 feet deep. At one point we had 6 fish on at one time! Five of them made it into the fish box, and we called it a day at 3:30, with 15 trout and 4 Kokanee, together totaling 32 pounds. It was an outstanding day.

Those are great looking fish. What a fun day. I've never even heard of six fish at one, that is awesome! That would have been fun to see what hit that perch Kekeda. :)

Glad to see the fish are still in Swawilla and not down by the Dam getting flushed. Great job! Thanks for the report.
