11/9/2014 12:22:00 PMThanks for the report Al. It is tough to beat the Roosevelt fish in the fall. I think when the water gets down to that 52 degrees the bigger ones will be heading up the Spokane like last year.

11/9/2014 1:46:00 PMThat would be nice! I don't think I'd be doing much fishing anyway with the little ones at home. They take the cake when it comes to my time. They'll only be this little for so long and before I know it I'll have all the time in the world to fish and wish my kids were little again. I'm thankful to get out a few times in the Fall and Winter. I just love watching and reading about everyone's success on here, keeps that bug inside me itching. I'm so appreciative of the business everyone has been helping me build on here. It's been a blast! -Dave

11/9/2014 3:10:00 PMGood job Alan and so glad to hear all is well!! Nothing beats a nice cool day on the water at Roosevelt, my favorite time to fish. Have to go up tomorrow to drain water lines at the place, but doubt I'll have time to get the boat wet while there, but you never know. When I get home I've got 17lbs of fillets waiting to go in the smoker, hope there will be enough room for them all! ;-)

Hewesfisher tells me the snow may hit over there later this week; that's not a problem as I'd rather have snow than sit on the sidelines.

11/11/2014 4:57:00 PMWe got a skiff here Sunday night and forecast is calling for 10% chance during the day Thursday and 30% chance Thursday night. Snow no problem, but near zero wind chill sucks. I was there yesterday to drain water lines, beautiful day, sunny, just a hint of a breeze, calm water. I had thoughts of getting a couple hours on the water, but it was 3:30 by the time I finished, so gathered my tools and my puppy and headed home. :-(
