Morning Widebear, I seems as water levels drop, you still put some good fish in the boat. How does one adjust to the changing lake levels? A friend went out yesterday and only caught 3 silvers, no bows, then the bite died after 10 AM. Tight lines.

Nice bunch of fish. Glad you took that little woman out to catch your fish for you.

Dropping levels usually aren't a problem unless it is really drastic. Rising water seems to cause problems more consistantly. Calm water can be a problem especially if the sun is out when these fish are shallow. Are you using planer boards? Those can be key when the fish seem to stop biting. If not or you don't have them...increase how much line you are letting out behind the boat both when longlining or going down a little on the downrigger. Kokanee are goofy fish and sometimes real small changes can make all the difference in picking up some more fish. With all that being said I have definitely noticed the best fishing for us has been shortly after daylight until mid-morning. With short flurries of action the rest of the day.

Nice looking fish!Where are these kokanee at. Have to wait about a month or two before they start biting in king county.
