4/26/2017 11:45:59 AMI dont want too sound like a downer, but WDFW RULES Clearly state that when fishing with bait ( Power eggs are bait ) the first 5 fish caught weather or not kept count toward your limit of five (5) trout for the day and you are too STOP Fishing. It is a huge fine, and you can possibly have your fishing privileges in the state of Washington revoked. PLEASE UNDERSTAND AND KNOW THE RULES WHEN FISHING!!! if you want too catch and release you can fish with spoons, artificial lures, fly's ect, and you would be just fine releasing all the fish you want, and keep fishing, until you kept five....it is a fact that 60-70 percent of trout released after being hooked with bait, end up dying within a week anyway, the reason for the rule!!!

4/26/2017 12:10:54 PMI literally JUST read that about two hours ago. I see so many other people doing it I never even thought to look and see if it was legal.
