It was a long drive for the few fish we caught. Launched at the state park and fished out in front of Manson in the morning, only sticking two fish in the boat. Moved over to the yacht club area and landed another and a Mack. Picked up and headed into the flats again and picked up two more. Tough day and not as productive as the guides were, but then again we didn’t see but one guide in the area. That should tell you we were not in the hot spot. Didn’t see any schools at all. Plenty of boats though.
Hot colors were pink and orange with smaller dodgers of similar color. Garlic corn in the morning and hot pink corn afternoon. Fished 20-60 feet in around 100-120 fow.
