7/5/2018 4:05:25 AM***Edit*** The mountain picture is the view from Offut looking east. I accidently posted the wrong pic to each report. The long shot of Carlisle is in the Offut report. Not sure if mods can fix that?

7/5/2018 11:08:26 AMI had the privilege of fishing that lake a few times back in the 1980s and 1990s. I caught several largemouth bass up to 14 1/2 inches - and some crappie that were up to 10 1/2 inches all on a Rapala. Pic of my old truck by the smoke stack the Carlisle info page. I fished from a canoe.

7/5/2018 6:54:06 PMThat photo is part of the reason I ended up there! I forgot to bring your book but I remembered seeing the little pond with the smokestack in Lewis County so a quick Google search gave me the info and I blasted down there! The lake looks fishy enough, just more of a timing issue I believe. I would like to return and fish it in April.
