10/17/2018 8:28:10 PMThe Sky isn’t closed. It is open to target steelhead and if you happen to catch a hatchet coho you can keep one. Read the whole emergency closure, the part about the one hatchery coho is all the way at the bottom.

10/18/2018 6:36:45 AMAll the confusion is because of how they word the regs, they do a poor job of making things clear. I haven't so much as looked at a river since the last rain. Not much point unless you fish on luck. Good luck all.
