we started trolling ford fengers and bolos along the shore (boat launch side) with nightcrawlers and salad shrimp. on the worm my friend caught one small perch and had a couple of decent bites. on the shrimp i had only one bite, but what a bite it was. we then started to fish for bass because of the sun came out and the trout stopped jumping. we fished the end of the lake (opposite of park) with no luck but saw 3 BIG bass just swimming along the shore by the docks. they were at least 3 pounds each, but the water was to cold i think they took no notice to everything we could throw at them.
we will definatly be going back when i warms up a bit, but other then that it was a good day with showers coming and going.
