With crew in tow we headed up the arm to bottom walk for Walleye. We targeted sandy bottom flats and found our fish primarily in 25-30 feet of water. With the rising lake level also comes floating debris. Nothing too major, but still a few logs that could ruin your day. I was pleased to see the water visibility had improved since my last trip. I always feel better when I know the fish can see my stuff. As it turns out, I think our heaviest fish was the 14” perch. Fun day. Always fun to meet new anglers. Good job fellas.
