There was lots of action and to be able to fish a body of water without the presence of gas motorized engines was an answered prayer. The Kokanee eluded me though, what size hook works best for them? Congrats on the outing - glad to see healthy families enjoying the Lord's creation.

I wish there were a few more that didn't have gas motors or even no gas motors before 11am or something! I use Gam. #2 drop shot hooks. On the finder I saw kokanee at 30 feet (at least I figured they were kokes) but we were catching them at 12-15 feet flatlining. Crazy. Be sure and say Hi next time you are out. That is probably the lake I will fish unless I head somewhere like Merwin. Good fishing!
