I took Glenn and JD back out to the main river to fish the same areas we fished all winter and we were not disappointed. Main river humps with rock piles produced 35+ eyes; we cleaned 27 between 16 and 23 inches. All but one were caught casting jigs; light colored grubs/swimbaits in the morning and darker colors around mid-day. All fish were caught between 19 and 35 FOW. I also caught one more burbot on a drop shot. It was beautiful day until the wind picked up and then the bite really stopped; opposite of what you would normally expect.
