Lake Sammamish 3/21/20
With so many thoughts running around I needed a fishing trip and distraction.
I launched around 10am and started trolling on the North end of the lake. Conditions were cloudy and cool until around noon but the sun eventually burned through. Just like last time the fish were eager to bite on the God's tooth at 20' on the downrigger. I decided to keep my limit including a chunky hen nearly 18" and a dink that was badly hooked. Took my time paddling back into reality and saw otters.
20' on downrigger, 1.6-1.7mph, 4" Slingblade, God's tooth 50/50 spoon Kokanee rigged w/ 14" leader, tipped with white gulp maggots.
Take care and tight lines
