Began fishing lake at 9:00am, tried spinners and spoons,stopped boat for a while and tried using worms and power bait. Best hits were with spoons so we stayed with that setup most of the day. weather started out cloudy and turned partly sunny with no rain felt. In all, 4 fish taken (two 10 inch,one 9 inch, and one 13 inch rainbows). lost 3 small fish at the boat side, but that's to be expected sometimes when you take your kids. their excitement overtakes their judgement. my son put that to ease with landing the 13 inch rainbow. all in all, a good day fishing. (we fished a total of 4 hours).
