Well we got out on the lake at around 5:45a.m. and started out trolling with a variety of lures. After about an hour and a half of trolling, none of the 4 of us had gotten a single bite, but fish were jumping all over the lake. At first we couldn't figure it out so I stopped the boat and put on a bobber and a worm. On my first cast I had a bite with-in the first 20sec.! About 30 seconds after that I reeled in nice a 9in. Rainbow. I un-hooked it and let it go. By the time my buddies had a bobber and worm on their lines I
had hooked 2 more rainbows between 10-12in.! In the next 45min. we had reeled in a total of 7 "bows" with numerous bites. Unfortunately we had to go but we most likely would caught several more fish if hadn't left. So try drifting with a bobber and worm 4-5ft. below the surface. It sure worked for me!
