The opener was a big success, limits were being brought in by all ways of catching. All were ranging in size from 12'' to 18" and up to 2 1/2 pounds. From the dock green power eggs were the bait of choice. Trolling anything pink brought in nice limits, from the bank anything could be use to catch a limit in a matter of minutes. Grover Jones from Darrington had his limit in no time from the bank, Curt Lacy from Tacoma brought in his limit using power eggs.Travis Wood and sons from Sedro Wooley took their limits fishing in the creek bed with power bait. Lake level is great, and getting higher everyday as the snow pack melts. We expect the highest water levels in 5 years. We still have openings in cabins,motel units and RV sites call for a reservation to get in on some great fishing!!!!!!!!!!!
