I've fished at the lake alot and I almost always limit out from May-Sept. and the spot that has worked best for me has always been off to the left of the boat launch. First you have to get out in the water in a boat then start heading left you will see a couple of rocks sticking out of the water. There is also a log around that area that is submerged, it's pretty big. If you go towards the end of it that points toward a buoy. Tie up to the buoy and cast toward the end of the log with bobber and worm it works great!
