first off what a rain storm it looked like the rain was coming up from the lake not falling from the sky. ok now on to the fishing part first hour on caught 3 smallies around 2to 2 1/2. then it went dead.nothing for about 3 hours hit the first flat started sight fishing and hit 4 smallies same size went dead again for 2 hours came up on the next flats 1 largemouth scaled at 4lb4oz and then 4 more smallies all right at 2 to 2 1/2 pounds. after that it was a mixed bag of little guys. some times it wirth getting soaked some of the best fishing i,ve ever had. would have taken pics but didn't want to get my camera wet. and yes all fish were released to be caught bigger and better another day.
