Fished Eie last week. Great fishing. The lake is pretty clear right now but very weedy and the bigger bass are picky but the small ones are easily coaxed. They recently put grass carp in erie and you can spot them in the shallows in the not so weedy areas but remember if you catch one of the lazy fish release em if you can catch one. The bass were in deeper water about 5 to 7 feet of water but were suspended feeding on the baby bass. Caught and released tons of 5-7 inch bass several 12 inchers and one that was at least 5 pounds but didn't land due to the 4lb test I was using. All fish were caught trolling small rapalas on west shore. overall great day nice fish. tight lines
