Arrived at 1400 started fishing using a brown carey special, my son picked up a healthy 14" brown 5' from shore just drifting near the road to the right of the boat launch. Later in the evening I picked up a 20" brown on the same carey special. Saturday began slow but ended with two nice rainbow caught deep on olive bugger/leach patterns. One of which was lost to what must have been a very large fish who snapped my 4 lb leader with such ease as to make me wish I could've just caught a glimpse of him. The way he ran right at me makes me think he was probably a brown. The lake should become more active this fall as the weather cools. Good luck:)
