Night fishing is the way to go for the kokes. just drop a couple lights in the water and put a maggot on a glow hook about 15-20 feet down. small hooks = more fish, size 10-12 seems to work. we use a flash to make the hooks glow extra bright. on a good night you can catch your limit before midnight, then catch your limit for the next day before the sun comes up :). brined and smoked its hard to find a better eating fish!
