Windy but fun Bob and I boated 15 plus SMB and long line released that many more including one large tiger that wrapped me up in a stump and got off. All fish were caught between 10 AM and Noon. All fish were caught trolling #5 minnow baits with mostly red being the color for the day. Keeping the boat in about 18 feet of water with lures running about 10 feet deep. Most of the fish were caught from Driftwood point north along the east shore. I think the secret is the speed we troll 2.5 to 3.1 also work your rod slowly forward and back to give the bait a different action.
Water temp is 76 deg
Was overcast at first but the bite turned on as the sun broke out of the clouds.
