We didn't see a lot of fish. The fish that we saw seemed to have good size. The location is nice, and it is a cool spot.

Just to make it clear. From Steve's report on 4-19 some people may get the impression that all artificial lures are ok. It is a fly fishing only - catch and release lake.

Walked into Quail to see if it was fishable. Still mostly iced over. Thawed around the edges out to about 15 ft., then solid ice over the middle of the lake.
