Grabbed the boy and took him over to Green Lake to see if we could break the skunk. 2 strikes on power eggs, but nothing hooked in about 2 hours. Pretty wet and miserable out, hopefully some silvers...

Beaver is really slowing down, last week it was gangbusters, now not so much. In almost 4 hours today landed one, last week I'd get 4 in an hour. Pretty fish, will be good in the smoker!

Tired of getting skunked searching for silvers, so I grabbed the boy and drove the mile down the road to Beaver Lake for what I hoped would be a good day at the lake. First cast out and I hooked one...

Fished in front of the hatchery for a couple hours this morning and not even a nibble floating eggs. Saw 5 others on the river and nobody getting any action.
