The Puget Sound in Washington State has a huge untapped resource - flounder! These abundant fish are easy to catch and make them the perfect fish to introduce youngsters to fishing. Flounder come in a variety of species; sand dabs, rock sole, and starry flounder. We catch them all in this episode where Mike Carey heads out with NWFR's Robbie Sy and write Hannah Pennebaker for a fun and informative day of flounder fishing. South Sound locations are explored and flounder fishing how-to tips are abundant!
