Two of my friends from California decided to take a vacation at Netarts bay in Oregon and asked if I'd be interested in meeting them there for a day of clamming. I decided to make the drive down to the Oregon coast. The day started off a little slow as we were not in good clam habitat. We kept walking out to where we saw some eelgrass beds, once we arrived it was game on. I got my limit of 20 bay clams which was comprised of 3 different species. It was a great day trip seeing friend's and coming back home with fresh clams.
