Running spinner baits through cover and wacky rigged worms on the drop. Used to not care for fishing this lake. Baitcaster makes huge difference.

Couple hours on the lake. Given up spinning reels for life. Slammed the crank in about 10 inches off water from under a dock. Lost one on a spinner bait.

Caught right off shore in front of where everyone casts to kill trout with power bait. Released to fight again. Almost broke me off on a run under a fallen tree. Lost a monster.
