WOW!!! today was by far the best day on the river for me. my friend took me out to one his "sweet spots" i didnt catch much for the first 30min he was nailin them left and right he let me switch spots with him i started catchin a few just pinks and not more then a few min later my friend got a hold of a king in the spot i was at before him i was pretty p****ed about that one haha it was a decent size it wasnt really chrome but wasnt all beat up like the rest we seen. we kept catching pinks we moved to another spot and starting catching monster pinks i caught one silver my first silver it was my friends first king also pretty funny watching his face and others around us ha. it was a really good day lot of catch and release lot of fish a nice king a nice silver and some monster pinks. very good day till the silver broke my reel. went to cabels bought a new one a nice one this time. ill be posting another report tomorow when i get back. wish i had a camera so i could take some pictures :(

I think that is the best reason to have to get a new reel. Good report.

Usually anywhere you can find a place to park and walk in. The waste treatment plant right when it turns to 35 mph park there and walk into the river. Stay up stream from there usually decent. Also park at the skate park and walk down the bike path. Its a walk but worth it.

Thanks, I'll do some investigating in the next couple of days. Now I at least have a place to start.
